Jetsetter Capital is a real estate investment firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Our mission is to provide educational tools and opportunities for people to generate passive income. Our combined experience has resulted in millions of dollars of real estate transactions that have consistently provided above average rate of returns to investors. 

Dustin Maxwell

Dustin entered the real estate market in 2014 and has consistently produced above average returns. He has ownership interests in over 400 rental units and has hands on property managed hundreds of tenants throughout the years. Dustin proudly served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and has a Master’s degree in Executive Management and Leadership from Liberty University. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and has maintained his side job as a commercial airline pilot throughout his investment expansion.

Ryan Bowersox

Ryan is a serial entrepreneur that has started multiple businesses. He founded and grew Market Place Foods, a distribution business for $2500 and expanded it to over $20 million in yearly sales. He is currently growing his latest Atlanta restaurant, Cultivate. He has acted as a business coach and consultant for over 7 years. Ryan graduated from Northwood University in Michigan.

Erich Welch

Eric began investing in real estate in 1982 and currently owns an extensive portfolio of properties in the city of Atlanta. He has housed 1000’s of tenants in the Atlanta area. He has an Engineering degree from Georgia Tech University.

Laura Gunnels

Laura is an executive assistant with over 10 years of experience in project management and customer service. She has a knack for tackling tricky, hard to complete tasks and enjoys working with others. Laura graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Business Management and enjoys continuing her education via non-traditional routes and new experiences.
